Fubo TV loves to be first. While it is not the top-ranked video streaming service on the market it has been first in line to some important milestones. This week it will become the first virtual MVPD (an industry term to describe live TV streaming services) to provide 4k MLB games. The 4k Rollout has been painfully slow over the past two years and 4k sports content is the kind of thing that can get things moving for any provider. With Fubo’s heavy lean into sports content it should come as no surprise that it is the first to provide the content.
