Streaming service Acorn TV has received a 2019 Primetime Emmy® nomination for one of its commissioned
Acorn TV Original Series, fun mystery series QUEENS OF MYSTERY. Four time BAFTA-nominee Juliet Stevenson becomes a first-time Emmy nominee with our Emmy nomination for Outstanding Narrator. Juliet is known for her work in film and tv, including Riviera, Bend it Like Beckham, The Hour, and Truly Madly Deeply and brings a charming whimsical feel to QUEENS OF MYSTERY.
This marks Acorn TV’s second nomination following the nomination for Outstanding Television Movie for Agatha Christie’s Poirot (2015).
Acorn TV is a streaming service built around content from Europe with a heavy dose of British dramas and comedies.
