Jake Paul, the social media influencer who made his way into combat sports will take on Mike Tyson, one of the most famous boxing champs in history live on Netflix July 20th 2024. Paul, who is 9-1 as a fighter, won his most recent contest with Ryan Bourland with a first-round TKO. Jake and his brother, Logan Paul, have both gained new fans and new ire jumping from YouTube to professional fighting and in Logan’s case, professional wrestling where the latter is recognized as the WWE US heavyweight Champion.
Mike Tyson on the other hand is a boxer through and through who became the youngest world heavyweight champion at the age of 20 on his way to worldwide fame compiling a 50-6 record with 44 knockouts, with some of his fights famously lasting fewer minutes than the ring introductions.
Tyson, now 57 has engaged in a number of exhibitions over the past few years including a matchup against Roy Jones Jr, which ended in a draw. His last two fights professional fights ended with losses to Kevin McBride in 2005 as well as a 4th-round knockout by Danny Williams in 2004.
