Westerns have been a part of American popular culture since before the term popular culture existed. This month Pluto TV decided to highlight the genre in its own category on the most popular free TV platform in the US.
A new category, Westerns, is the new go-to place to find tons of stuff on Pluto TV from classics where the good guys wear white hats to modern dramas like the hugely popular Yellowstone.
Much of the content could be found on Pluto TV before but it was spread over multiple categories like dedicated channels for shows or classic TV. Now with it all in one place fans of the genre know right where to start to see wagon trains, shoot em ups, fights over poker games, and ask “who was that masked man”?
