The Batman Tops All Titles – The Streaming Advisor

The Batman Tops All Titles

The Batman made a big impact on the big screen this winter and it looks like it is doing the same on the small screen as well. Launching both as a digital download and as a featured title on HBO Max The Batman can now be seen at home and via mobile devices in all its glory. Debuting on Vudu last Monday, The Batman was the top-selling title for the week (April 18-24) on Fandango’s on-demand streaming service, ending the five-week reign of Spider-Man: No Way Home as the chart leader. Among other debuting titles, Season 6 of Better Call Saul is the top-selling TV series on the service, ranking as #9 among all titles.

It isn’t all comic book fare in the top ten for Vudu. It looks like Moonfall, which had a harrowing run at the box-office may be finding a new life as a guilty pleasure rental along with Jackass Forever. Indi film Infinite rounds out a diverse top 10.

Vudu is available on every major streaming platform outside of Apple TV, including Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, LG Samsung and Vizio.

Vudu’s top ten titles for the past week, in terms of revenue, are as follows:

  1. The Batman
  2. Dog
  3. Spider-Man: No Way Home
  4. Sing 2
  5. Moonfall
  6. Blacklight
  7. The Contractor
  8. Jackass Forever
  9. Better Call Saul: Season 6
  10. Infinite
