Not suprisingly one of the most successful films of the summer Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 secured the #1 spot on Vudu, Fandango’s on-demand streaming service, for the week of July 3 – July 9 following the film’s debut on the platform last week. The previous number one, The Super Mario Bros. Movie dropped to second while and Fast X rounded out the top three.
Additionally, horror titles and action films proved victorious this week with scary entries such as The Blackening (#4), The Pope’s Exorcist (#6), and Nefarious (#7), as well as thrilling flicks like John Wick: Chapter 4 (#5), The Machine (#8), Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant (#9), and Sisu (#10).
