The racy period drama, Bridgerton will be getting a second season on Netflix. In a story via the Hollywood Reporter Netflix said the first season of the show was viewed by as many as 63 million households in its first 28 days.
The show, from executive producer Shonda Rhimes jumped into the zeitgeist at the top of 2021 reeling people in with its attractive leads and mystery. With its first group of stars already in high demand almost overnight.
If plans go how the production company wants, there will be at least 8 seasons of the show to match up with the 8 book series.
