How To Watch CBS Shows With Roku

The debut of Paramount+ was also the debut of a very helpful new app. CBS.

While other major. Networks have had apps that streamed their shows CBS had placed most of its content behind the paywall on CBS All Access.

The CBS app corrects this in the market. The new app is home to all of CBS’s current shows including primetime, late-night, and news programming.

The app is different from Paramount+. How? Because with Paramount+ users can watch every episode of a given show from its entire run. The CBS app allows users to see shows on a delay. Many primetime shows are available a week after they air. Shows are also only free for a limited time. Viewers have a good few weeks to watch their favorites before the window closes.

This makes the app great for someone who starts a series and watches weekly. But it’s not for people who have been meaning to start watching for instance Blue Bloods and wants to start from the beginning.

The move though is a very positive one for cord cutters who before may have had no choice but to pay monthly just to watch a show that comes on tv for free.

If you are a fan of CBS programming you should definitely check out the free app.
