Hulu’s live TV application has made a leap forward that basically catches it up with most live TV platforms. It has added a live TV grid. Until the update, finding live TV options was just about the most anti-intuitive process in the market. The company has rolled out a more traditional grid that will allow users to easily scan through programming across their channel lineup and find what to watch.
Who Got the Update
Xbox One consoles, Apple TV boxes (4 gen and higher), Amazon Fire TV devices, and the Nintendo Switch will have the new guide. Curiously missing is Roku, the most prominent streaming device on the market.
Users can personalize the live TV guide by sorting by “All Channels” or “Recent Channels,” which present the last ten channels watched.
