Roku informed customers today that the spectrum TV channel is now available on Roku again. The spectrum channel which allows Roku users to access services from the cable TV provider including Internet-based streaming TV options had been unavailable for months after Roku and spectrum failed to work out a carriage agreement. This prevented people from adding the app if they had not already had the service on their system.
How do I install the Spectrum TV channel?
- Head over to Roku’s Channel Store
- Go to the “Watch With Cable” tab or type in “Spectrum TV ” in the search bar
- Select “Spectrum TV”
- Download the channel
- Sign in with your existing Spectrum, Time Warner Cable or Bright House customer account credentials
- Don’t have an account? No problem! You can sign up for Spectrum TV through your Roku device if you are a current Charter internet customer
- Start streaming!
