Disney+ Day is up[on us. Apparently, the 4th of May was not enough for the house of mouse. Disney wants to have another unofficial fandom holiday. Along with free shipping from the Disney store and early entry perks for Disney+ subscribers at Disney World the company will be streaming a ton of new content on the streaming service that has taken root for the last two years. That is the point of Disney+ Day. It’s the 2 year anniversary or a birthday celebration for the service.
Today multiple titles will be streaming for the first time including Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings, Jungle Cruise, and Home Sweet Home Alone. The is also a new Simpsons short and a special on Bobafet to wet the whistle of Star Wars fans as they still try to score a slot on Galaxies Edge. If users are looking to jump in for the first time Diasney is running a promotion that will give subscribers access to the service for $1.99 via the Disney+ website.
