Most people probably don’t think of Sesame Street in relation with HBO, but when HBO Max began its rollout, the popular children’s educational series was part of its lineup meriting it an entire hub within the app’s interface. Children’s content is actually proven to be a big winner in the streaming world whether it be via premium streaming services or free ones. Not to say that its more mature content is failing. 8 the top 10 shows on the platform are full of guts, skin and gore.
HBO Max is seeing success in its second year with both its full premium service and ad-supported discounted tier.
