Netflix Went All In On The Super Bowl

Hoping to cash in on last year’s hit crypto commercial, which crashed its website using a QR code on-screen during the most watched event of the TV season, Netflix both snuck into an already buzzy Michelob Ultra commercial with a QR code on a beer can and followed it with a Will Ferrel yarn that inserted the comedian into multiple Netflix hits including Squid Game and Stranger Things.

Netflix is coming off a year full of ups and downs and it looks like it is trying to create momentum at the big game.
