What Happened To My ESPN+ – The Streaming Advisor

What Happened To My ESPN+

If you are an ESPN+ subscriber you may have run into one problem or another regarding signing into apps and such. ESPN has a help page of sorts that provides a number of tutorial articles. That can be found on the support page of the ESPN website here. The support page has a number of topics covered on multiple ESPN products like its fantasy sports and video based services like ESPN+ and Watch ESPN.

The Support site for ESPN+ has a number of indexed support articles and a bar at the top of the page where users can type in questions about the service. If you ask something that is already covered in support articles you will be given the results like when using a search engine. If the articles that are provided look like something that can help check them out. But the good news is that even if they don’t answer you questions you can use them as a portal to more direct help

Once you have taken a look at the support article for your given topic scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a section called (Still looking for help?) that displays other options. They include phone and chat and email support. I find with most support situations that phone or chat support is the most immediate way to get help if for nothing else than you don’t have to deal with misunderstandings going back and forth. We needed support for a simple issue recently and called. I spoke with an American woman who quickly helped me figure out why I could not access ESPN+ on my Roku. I forgot that I had more than one ESPN account and linked the wrong one to the Roku.

It is good to know that ESPN, which is a huge company with billions to spend on rights fees does care enough about their customers to extend that level of service and not leave support up to a forum or some kind of social media.
