NBA fans who plan to jump in with NBA League Pass this year will not be able to sign up for the service through Fubo TV. The streaming service had worked with the NBA to bring League Pass games into its service and make them available as choices along with the numerous other leagues provided via Fubo TV.
NBA League pass is a service that allows NBA fans to watch NBA games outside of their media market and keep up with all of the biggest stories in the NBA. So, in other words, a fan in the New York market would not be able to watch The Knicks, but they would catch all the Lakers, Clippers for Bucks games they could watch provided that they are not playing on the NBA’s other TV partners: ESPN, NBA TV, TNT or ABC.
Fubo TV officials provided no specific reason as to why the service is no longer built into its offering other than a mention that the service was no longer available via its FAQ section. While it is a little less convienient nothing prevents users from accessing NBA League Pass via the NBA app.
