High End OLED Roku Powered TV Coming

Sharp, which manufactures a line of Roku Powered TVs will be launching new models featuring OLED TV in 55- and 65-inch screen sizes. The company will also roll out new  (75-, 70-, and 65-inch) of its flagship AQUOS XLED 4K TV in U.S. in spring of 2023.

The OLED announcement comes along with news that Sharp will sell new LCD TVs at (75-, 65-, 55- and 50-inch) all equipped with the Roku smart TV OS.

Sharp is one of 12 companies that use the Roku OS as its smart TV interface which uses the same system found on Roku’s streaming sticks, boxes, and soundbars. The partnerships have allowed Roku to become the most common smart TV operating system in the US.
