The free offering via Sling TV is adding a new sports option courtesy of USA Today. The USA Today Sports channel. Like other free streaming channels the USA Today Sports is ad-supported.
Sports fans can stream USA Today Sports+, Sports Seriously, Golfweek, MMA Junkie, Special Delivery, docuseries like Beyond the Gridiron and Playing for A Way Out, and award shows such as the annual High School Sports Awards.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with SLING TV and share our award-winning sports content on their platform,” states Caroline Harris, Vice President of Digital Distribution at Gannett.
In order to access Sling TV’s free service users must have a login name and password and either an app or access to the Sling TV website.
